Resolution 2017-49 New Paid Position of Account Clerk

At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners (“Board”) of the Mount Laurel Fire District #1 held on 10/16/17, Resolution 2017-49 (below) was adopted by the Board on First Reading. Pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-81.1, this resolution was publicly advertised as a legal notice in the Burlington County Times newspaper on 11/13/17 and will be considered for Second Reading and adoption at a Regular Meeting of the Board scheduled for Monday, 11/20/15 @ 8:00 PM in the Headquarters Station Meeting Room, 69 Elbo Lane, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.

At this Regular Meeting, members of the public will have the opportunity to comment and ask pertinent questions about the resolution during a Public Hearing that will be held before the Board considers final adoption of this resolution on Second Reading. Any proposed amendment to the Resolution must be presented in writing to the Board in order to be considered and copies of the proposed amendment must be made available at the Regular Meeting.

On 11/13/17, a copy of this notice and Resolution 2017-49 was posted where public notices are normally posted: the lobby of the Mount Laurel Fire Department Headquarters Station, the Mount Laurel Township bulletin board, and the Mount Laurel Fire Department website at www.mountlaurelfire.com. Copies of the resolution are available at the Headquarters Station during normal business hours.
